Questions about your appointment
What happens at the first appointment?
We start with a short conversation about your wishes and anything I should know about how you feel. Then the treatment begins, and you decide on the pressure. Allow a few minutes afterwards to ease back into your day.
How do I get there, and where can I park?
The Burgbach bus stop is right outside, and Kolinplatz and Postplatz are a few minutes’ walk away. By car, the easiest option is the Altstadt-Casino car park, about 200 metres away.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, 50 per cent of the price is charged.
How can I pay?
Directly after the treatment by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, PayPal or PostFinance.
