Over many years I have distilled my work on body and face into a method of my own. The Sacred Touch Ritual lets you experience it in full: full-body massage, gentle lymphatic techniques, face and scalp, finished with singing bowls.

About me
My work is my calling.
I guide people back into balance through touch, sound and ritual, with heart, mindfulness and continuous training. Since 2022 I have competed at international championships, and in 2025 I sat on the jury in Tokyo myself. That same year I opened my own studio in Zug. I work in German, English and Russian and pass on my knowledge to professionals in my courses.
I want to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves. For me, massage is not a service but an art.More about me

In all honesty
What skilled hands can do. And what they cannot.
Good treatments need no promises of miracles. Here is what you can look forward to:
- Straight away
- Most people feel the tension ease during the treatment itself, in the neck, the back, the face.
- Afterwards
- The body feels lighter and the face looks fresher. This usually lasts from a few hours to several days.
- Over time
- If you want more than a moment, come regularly. I will discuss the right rhythm with you.
- Limits
- Massage does not replace medical treatment, and facial massage does not replace Botox. It has a different aim: relaxation and feeling at home in your body.

Frequently asked questions
What happens at the first appointment?
We start with a short conversation about your wishes and anything I should know about how you feel. Then the treatment begins, and you decide on the pressure. Allow a few minutes afterwards to ease back into your day.
Which treatment suits me?
The selection guide on the treatments page gives you a first idea. You can also simply choose “I would like advice” and I will suggest the right treatment at your appointment.
Which languages are spoken?
German, English and Russian.
How can I pay?
Directly after the treatment by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, PayPal or PostFinance.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, 50 per cent of the price is charged.
Does health insurance cover the costs?
No. The rituals are wellness and beauty treatments and are not covered by basic health insurance.
How do I get there, and where can I park?
The Burgbach bus stop is right outside, and Kolinplatz and Postplatz are a few minutes’ walk away. By car, the easiest option is the Altstadt-Casino car park, about 200 metres away.
